Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a small roasted beet root
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) of raspberries (frozen)
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) of blueberries(frozen)
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) of mango
  •  1/2 of a banana (frozen)
  • 30 g (2 Tbsp.) of plant based yogurt

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with fresh fruit
