I wish this summer never ended and I could eat this smoothie bowl every day for the rest of my life. Wait, I can!! The end of a summer is the perfect time to stock up on fresh, ripe fruit, cut it into pieces and freeze it. This way you can enjoy the vitamin boost any time a year! Also it is way cheaper and they taste just as good as when they are fresh.

Serves: 1 Prep Time:
Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of plant based yogurt
  • 1 cup of strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup of mango¬†(frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. of dried cranberries
  • granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with fresh fruit
  3. If you are looking for something to chew on, add some granola (I know, I will)
