It is not really a recipe as much as it is a tip for an amazing side dish.
It is also great to just serve them with dips as homemade chips.
- Large potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. of thyme
- few sprigs of rosemary
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
- Combine the olive oil, thyme and minced garlic
- Coat the potatoes in the oil mixture and put it in the oven.
- Bake for 40 minutes
