If you are like me, you will love this one! It is quick, makes no mess, takes 3 minutes and the coconut flavor is so amazing together with the banana!

The coconut flakes and pomegranate seeds make an amazing decoration. However, I use them mainly to add something chewy into the bowl, otherwise it always feels like there is something missing.

Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

  • 250g (1 cup) Coconut yogurt
  • 2 bananas (cut and frozen)
  • ½ tsp. blue spirulina powder
  • Coconut flakes and pomegranate seeds for decoration

Instructions

  1. Blend the yogurt and bananas until smooth
  2. Add the spirulina powder
  3. Decorate with coconut flakes and pomegranate seeds for some extra spark
  4. Turn on your summer playlist and enjoy 🙂
